Neil Henry Dolan was a Deputy Sheriff for Clearwater County, Minnesota and the School Resource Officer at Bagely High School in Bagely, Minnesota. In 2019, Dolan was arrested and charged with abusing a student in his office at the High School. The police investigation revealed widespread abuse and grooming of children and clear red-flag conduct by Dolan that should have alerted faculty and staff at Bagely H.S. and the Sheriff’s Department. The investigation also revealed a number of aggravating aspects of Dolan’s abuse that the prosecuting attorney argued were cruel and damaging to Dolan’s victims.
