(Rochester, New York) Attorney Leander James leads the charge in Rochester, New York, representing a number of clergy sexual abuse survivors in the Diocese of Rochester Compensation Fund hearings. On Monday, January 14, 2019, Attorney Leander James from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, presented the very first cases of clergy sexual abuse by Catholic clergy in the Diocese of Rochester. Retired New York Supreme Court Justice Robert Lunn is presiding over the hearings. Attorney James will present eight (8) cases to Justice Lunn this week.
