Notes:  Stegmann is named as abuser in one of two lawsuits filed in 2003 against the Diocese and numerous priests after the release of the Grand Jury report. He is accused of fondling and sodomizing a 17 yr old sacristan on several occasions. Stegmann died in 2000. This is believed to be first allegation against him.
