Monsignor. Complaint to diocese in 2002 from person alleging that Breslawski had sexually abused the person’s friend in 7th or 8th grade, in 1980. Diocese revisited file in 2018, gave reporter’s name to D.A. and launched internal investigation. Files showed another complaint in 2002 by two people alleging that in 1984 Breslawsi was inappropriate with them, both adults during the incident. Suspended 9/18.
