Notes: In a February 2004 lawsuit, Martin was accused of sexually abusing three altar boys at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs in Manhattan between 1958 and 1961. The alleged abuse occurred in the sacristy and dressing area of the church, beginning when the boys were ages 10, 11, and 13. According to the complaint, Martin abused other altar boys besides the three plaintiffs. At the time of the abuse, Martin also had a disciplinary role at the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs grammar school.
