Notes:  Also known as “Fr. James”. On August 2, 2011, Duenas was arrested at Nativity of Our Blessed Lady in the Bronx and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse of a 16-year-old girl who had just started working in the rectory. He blamed the girl for wearing short skirts. The alleged abuse occurred within two weeks of the day he was arrested. Archdiocese said there were no previous allegations. Duenas pled guilty, but also had case sealed. The girl filed a civil suit as of June 30, 2014. Duenas had died earlier that month on June 6, 2014.
