Deacon Albert Mazza

Diocese:  Archdiocese of New York

Notes:  In 2013, Mazza was removed from Church of the Holy Name of Mary Parish in Croton-on-Hudson after allegations that he had abused minors “many years ago.” Mazza was put on administrative leave after church officials received the victim’s complaint. He was permanently dismissed from Church of the Holy Name after the allegations were found to be credible. Mazza had been a deacon at Church of the Holy Name since 1996.
