Br. Paul Hennessy

Notes:  In a 2005 lawsuit, Hennessy was accused of sexually abusing one plaintiff, beginning when the man joined the Congregation of Christian Brothers in 1970. Hennessy was his first superior when he entered the order. In October 2009, the Plaintiff’s appeal was dismissed by the New York Supreme Court.

Hennessy was reported to have been assigned to several leadership positions within the Congregation of Christian Brothers Eastern American Province. As of May 2010, Hennessy has been associated with the Edmund Rice Christian Brothers North American Province in the Venice, Florida Diocese.
