Abuse History:
Extern priest from Diocese of Agana, Guam. On 12/31/13, the Diocese released its list of 17 clergy, including Brouillard, who had been credibly accused of sexual abuse of young persons while serving in the Diocese and another five who had been accused while residing in the diocese at some time. He worked in the Diocese from 7/81 – 11/12/85 before being removed from ministry. No faculties but lives in Pine City, MN as of 12/13.
