Native of Ireland. Kelleher retired 7/12 after spending his entire career in Duluth Diocese. The Diocese announced 10/13 that it had received a credible allegation [in 9/12?] that he had sexually abused a minor female during his time as pastor of St.Joseph Church in Chisholm from 1975 to 1986. His privileges as a retired priest were removed 10/12 and he was barred from all public ministry.
