Attorney Garabedian announced settlement 9/13 on behalf of one individual who alleged abuse by Inghilterra during 1970s when he was chaplain at Trenton State Teachers College in N.J. This was first public naming of Inghilterra even though Trenton officials found allegations credible 5/13 and suspended him then. 1989 Official Catholic Directory shows him to be a Military Chaplain. In 2012 he was leading pilgrimages to France, Fatima, Italy & Medjugorje. In 9/16 diocese agreed to 6-figure settlement with man claiming abuse by Inghilterra at age 16 in 1979. The man said that after an incident, another teen told him he was “now one of Fr. Vince’s boys.”
