Woman complained that Nugent abused her and 2 of her brothers. Told order in 1994. Nugent sent for therapy and reassigned. Woman complained again to order in 1998. Filed suit which settled in 1998 for $250K. Also named in suit filed by 4 former students at a junior seminary. Died at 89 on 1/20/11 in Italy where he had lived for many years.
