Accused of abuse of older teenage boy in 1981. Boy told Order in 1992 and said Order knew of another victim. Order said Flavin left active status in 1987 after he was found drinking with yet another boy. Vatican was asked to laicize him in 2003 when he would not voluntarily leave the order.
