In a letter to Bishop LaValley, a woman reported that Skurski sexually abused her as a child when he was assigned to the Ogdensburg diocese. The diocese provided financial assistance for counseling and, in 12/18, a $100k offer from the IRCP. Per his obituary, Skurski was assigned to parishes in CT, PA, MD, NY, MA, Nova Scotia, ME. Died in Shamokin PA 1/16/96.
