Notes:
Weaver was a “spiritual adviser” to Bishop Guilfoyle. Original accusation rec’d in 1966. Diocese did nothing except promote and transfer him. Arrested 1985 and 1986, charged with sex crimes. Convicted and placed on probation. Abused at least six boys. Named in 1994 RICO lawsuit. Permanently suspended. All RICO claims settled 3/03. Died 5/21/11.
