Notes:
Accused of abuse of two youths who were students at Chicago’s Quigley South Seminary. Abuse reported by Plaintiff in 1990 & 1991 and parishioners were told that he had taken “a sabbatical” when he left in 1993. In late 1994 Diocese told parishioners thet ruth but by then the SOL had expired for the Plaintiffs. Curran died 3/2000. At least one claim included in 10/05 settlement by Archdiocese. Named in two 4/12 civil suits by two men who alleged abuse in 1987. Personnel file released 1/14.
