Accused in 7/18 of inappropriate behavior toward a male teen, who was a parish employee. Graf was pastor of San Jose Luis Sanchez Del Rio. Placed on leave pending investigation. Graf’s accuser said Graf told him over the phone that he was attracted to him, rubbed his shoulders, and offered him a free car. Graf maintained his innocence. Dept of Children and Family Services deemed the allegations “unfounded” in 11/18. Graf was found not guilty at criminal bench trial in 1/19. Archdiocese continued investigation. He was returned to ministry in 4/19.
