Removed 5/02 after man reported that Mulsoff had fondled him once during his assignment at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church in Oak Lawn between late 1960s & early 1970s. The man was 10 at the time. Man originally reported the abuse anonymously in 1992 and was told that Mulsoff was being monitored. Second complaint also received. Permanently removed from ministry 9/05. Died 11/05
