One man filed civil suit against Archdiocese and Archbishop George 8/12 alleging that he was sexually attacked by McCartney at St Rita of Cascia High School (all boys) in late 1970s. McCartney was Dean of Men, Vocations Director and Mission Director at St. Rita between 1973-1978. He went on to various other assignments. He died 7/21/02.
