Notes: Frost was named in an October 2003 lawsuit, in which 27 victims alleged abuse by 24 priests. One man alleges he was abused by Frost from 1977-1984, beginning when he was a 10-year-old altar boy. The abuse continued even after Frost was reassigned to two other parishes.
According to an October 2, 2003 Newsday article, Frost was no longer working in the Diocese, however he was listed as being assigned to a parish in the 2002 Official Catholic Directory. He retired in 2004.
