Notes:
In a 1967 meeting between parents and mother superior of order, accused of sexually abusing a girl beginning in 1965 at age 12. Letters turned over by the Dominicans reportedly confirmed the accusation. Church paid for counseling; in 1989 the victim committed suicide. Sr. Andre had worked in 2 other dioceses before Newark and was transferred to CT in 1967.
