Notes:
Accused of abuse of two teenage brothers. One told auxiliary bishop Pichelli in 1983, but no action. Martin later moved to prominent position in diocese, then returned to parish ministry. A man went to Archbishop McCarrick with allegations in 1996 or 1997. Martin was removed for a time then returned to duty as a hospital chaplain. In 2013 he was still a priest, without privileges, working as a train conductor for NJ Transit. He successfully sued to keep personnel file from being released in Bankruptcy. On archdiocese’s list 2/13/19. Multiple alleged victims noted. Permanently removed from ministry.
