Kimberly is a member of the trial team who works with clients when they first contact Noaker Law Firm to help them through the first steps of pursuing justice. Kimberly then works with the litigation team to incorporate the information provided into legal documents that are submitted to compensation funds, bankruptcy trustees or used to initiate a civil lawsuit. Kimberly also works with clients to locate witnesses and other evidence that is used in the trial. In addition, Kimberly performs legal research on the many legal issues that arise during the litigation of a civil lawsuit. Kimberly enjoys helping survivors of sexual abuse pursue justice and vigorously advocating for their interests.
Paralegal Sandy Kluessendorf
Sandy Kluessendorf has been a paralegal for 25 years. She has worked with sexual abuse clients to protect others and heal for more than 15 years. Prior to working with Patrick Noaker at the Noaker Law Firm LLC, Sandy also worked at another Twin Cities law firm, where she worked exclusively with sexual abuse survivors.
